TalentGrid

The TalentGrid Rating

How credible is your staffing partner?

Every staffing company on TalentGrid carries a 100-point score and a letter grade built from six weighted factors — so employers can judge compliance, stability and service before they ever take a meeting.

What the grades mean

A+

97–100

Exceptional

A

90–96

Excellent

B+

86–89

D+

66–69

D

High risk

Suspended

Below 60

Suspended pending review

Any staffing partner scoring below 60 is suspended from matching until TalentGrid completes a further review. A partner with too little verified information shows as Unrated rather than a misleading low grade.

Where the evidence comes from

Not all information carries the same weight. Every factor is labelled with the kind of evidence behind it, so employers can see what was independently verified and what the agency simply told us.

Level 1

Independently Verified

P.O.W.E.R verification, insurance documentation, licences and third-party checks.

Level 2

TalentGrid Observed

Fill rates, placements, employer relationships and activity recorded on the platform.

Level 3

Employer Verified

Ratings from employers whose relationship with the agency can be validated.

Level 4

Agency Reported

Revenue range, recruiter capacity, markets and weekly placements supplied by the agency.

Data confidence, not guesswork

A staffing company that has just joined has no TalentGrid placements and no employer reviews yet. We do not punish that with a zero. Any category without enough evidence is left out of the score and its weight is redistributed across the categories we can stand behind.

Alongside every score we publish a data confidence level — for example 93/100, Data Confidence: High, 6 of 6 categories sufficiently verified. As placements and employer reviews accumulate, confidence rises and the score becomes a fuller picture.

Verified data and opinion stay separate

Five of the six factors come from information the staffing partner supplies and TalentGrid verifies — P.O.W.E.R compliance verification, insurance and licensing documentation, years operating, branch footprint, workforce size, fill performance and recruiting capacity.

The sixth, Employer Experience, comes from employers who have actually worked with the partner through TalentGrid. It is always shown on its own line with the number of ratings behind it, and it only counts once at least two employers have rated. One unhappy client cannot sink a strong agency, and good reviews alone cannot buy an A+.

Employers can update their rating at any time as the relationship continues, and TalentGrid removes any rating flagged as disputed while it is reviewed.

The TalentGrid Rating measures credibility, compliance posture and service reliability as a workforce partner. It is not a credit rating, a financial-strength rating, or a guarantee of performance.
